Thank you I’d like to start investing in either stocks, forex or futures but am relatively new to trading… can someone recommend which would be better to start with… or can someone recommend a site that can compare these markets and perhaps show pros and cons? Thank you

Ancillary and support staff can often be at the root of medical issues, not only with health insurance problems, but also with making patients feel completely uncared-for. With most physicians unable to spend a lot of quality time with their patients, the bulk of their health care experience is left in the hands of these staffers... which can lead to unfortunate outcomes. Time and time again I have failed to receive test results, been hung up, been left on hold, etc. all due to busy receptionists who don't seem to care about the patient's wellbeing. Fed up with poor service my husband and I confronted our primary care physician and were told he simply couldn't afford to pay higher salaries to get more qualified employees. He explained that he now sees twice as many patients as he did when he opened his practice in 1974. He admitted that he makes a smaller salary, (when adjusted for inflation), then he did over 30 years ago.
