I want to add a few other points as well. 12. Don't Sleep late because it really affects our body immunity system in the long run as well. Sleeping late causes people to catch flu viruses easily because of a weak body immune system. An excellent post!

This leads to the obvious question about her objectivity. Health insurance costs related to obesity will not diminish, and docs need to be able to manage the issue.
