The thing about sharebuilder is that you can buy fractions of stock so you don’t have to have 600 dollars to buy google. It costs 4 dollars to make a purchase which is fine because you just earned yourself 46 dollars. However, it costs almost 15 dollars to sell your stock so the best thing to do if you are into investments is to leave what you bought and sell it many years from now when it is worth 500 or more dollars. Another way around it is if you buy a 1 dollar share and you don’t sell it and you withdraw 50 dollars that you earned and the 50 minus 1 dollar minus 4 dollars purchase = 45 dollars. You actually made just 45 dollars but what the heck its free money for less that 20 minutes of your time. You need to deposit 50 dollars into the account and use a promotion code: SHARE50. I think however, its a great way for people to start in the stock market, use the free 50 dollars and have fun.
